How I can take the hassle out of organising your events and training days

 organising events
Your marketing events and staff training days......
  • Perhaps you've got a marketing event or staff training day to organise and 101 things to do before the big day:  Deciding on the theme and format for the event; Liaising with the venue; Drawing up lists of potential invitees; Prioritising invites and issuing them; Monitoring RSVPs, menu choices and special dietary requirements; Booking and liaising with guest speakers; Booking hotel accommodation where required... to name but a few
  • Or perhaps you have an industry lunch or dinner to attend:  You may be taking a couple of tables at an industry function and would like certain employees and key clients to attend.  You need to liaise with the function organisers, provide attendee lists for programmes, issue invites and monitor RSVPs; Issue joining instructions to hosts and guests and either you or your staff do not have the time to organise your party's attendance.
